HOLO / CHIBI GAME CHARACTER Files holo_chibi.glb Self-contained glTF 2.0 model with skin and all 3 clips. holo_chibi.gltf JSON version; keep holo_chibi.bin and holo_face.png beside it. holo_face.png Painted face texture; embedded in the GLB and Blender file. holo_chibi.blend Editable source model, skeleton, actions and preview scene. holo_chibi.png Studio render. walk.gif, run.gif, jump.gif Motion previews, sampled at approximately 15 FPS. model_info.json Mesh statistics and animation durations. Rig and orientation 28 bones, one skinned mesh, one face texture; no runtime constraints. Blender: Z up, facing -Y. glTF: Y up, facing +Z. Units: metres. Root is at the ground origin; character height is approximately 1.68 metres. FK limbs, spine/head, ears, 3 tail bones, hair and skirt bones. All weights are normalized with no more than 4 influences per vertex. The studio floor, lights and camera are excluded from the glTF files. Animation names (30 FPS, glTF starts at 0 seconds) Walk 1.066667 seconds, looping, in place. Run 0.666667 seconds, looping, in place. Jump 1.400000 seconds, one shot: crouch, takeoff, flight, landing, recovery. Ears, hair and tail have keyed secondary movement. Game integration Move the character horizontally using the game controller. Jump includes vertical movement of the root (about 0.4 metres above standing). If gameplay physics controls jump height, remove or compensate for that root translation rather than adding the animation's height a second time. In Blender choose Walk, Run or Jump in the Action Editor. The named NLA tracks are muted intentionally, so unrelated clips do not blend together. Limits This is a stylized fan-made prototype with a fixed facial expression. No finger rig, facial rig, cloth simulation, collision shapes or LODs. Hair/skirt movement is hand keyed; different animations may need new keys. Validated in Blender and in the exported glTF buffers, not in a game engine.
